1. What We Collect

We collect information needed to provide CollectNow, including account details, creditor information, debtor information you submit, case facts, evidence descriptions, payment metadata, communication status, demand links, settlement activity, partner API activity, and technical logs.

2. Debtor and Third-Party Data

You may submit personal information about debtors or other third parties. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to provide that information and for ensuring the information is accurate and relevant to your claim.

Do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the dispute or filing workflow. That includes Social Security numbers, full financial account numbers, medical information, government IDs, or unrelated private communications.

3. How We Use Data

  • Create and manage cases
  • Generate demand letters, claim summaries, filing packets, and settlement workflows
  • Send email, SMS, payment requests, and case notifications
  • Track demand opens, payment status, webhook status, and support activity
  • Prevent abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, and payment bypass
  • Improve reliability, security, and product quality

4. Service Providers

We may share necessary data with providers for hosting, database storage, email, SMS, payments, AI generation, skip trace, analytics, monitoring, security, customer support, and operational tooling. These providers may process data on our behalf to deliver and protect the service.

AI providers may receive the facts you submit when you ask CollectNow to generate, rewrite, summarize, or structure claim language. Do not include information you do not want processed for that purpose.

5. Payments

Payment details are handled by payment providers. We store payment status, transaction references, metadata, and related case status, but we do not intentionally store full payment card or bank credentials.

6. Cookies, Tracking, and Logs

We use cookies, session storage, tracking pixels, server logs, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, secure the service, measure delivery and demand-open activity, debug errors, and prevent abuse. Demand links and emails may include tracking identifiers so we can show case status and delivery activity.

7. Retention

We retain case and account data while needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and prevent abuse. You may request deletion, but some records may need to be retained where legally or operationally necessary.

8. Communications

We may send transactional emails, SMS messages, payment requests, demand notices, status updates, security notices, and support messages. Message delivery depends on third-party carriers and providers and may not be guaranteed.

9. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect data. No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, email account, and partner API keys.

10. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to opt out of certain processing, restrict use, or appeal a privacy decision. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

We do not sell personal information for money. If our use of analytics or advertising tools is treated as a sale or sharing under a law that applies to you, you may contact us to opt out.

11. International Processing

CollectNow and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Data protection laws may differ from the laws where you live.

CollectNow is not intended for children under 18.
