2. Debtor and Third-Party Data

You may submit personal information about debtors or other third parties. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to provide that information and for ensuring the information is accurate and relevant to your claim.

3. How We Use Data

  • Create and manage cases
  • Generate demand letters, claim summaries, filing packets, and settlement workflows
  • Send email, SMS, payment requests, and case notifications
  • Track demand opens, payment status, webhook status, and support activity
  • Prevent abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, and payment bypass
  • Improve reliability, security, and product quality

4. Service Providers

We may share necessary data with providers for hosting, email, SMS, payments, AI generation, skip trace, analytics, monitoring, and support. These providers may process data on our behalf to deliver the service.

5. Payments

Payment details are handled by payment providers. We store payment status, transaction references, metadata, and related case status, but we do not intentionally store full payment card or bank credentials.

6. Retention

We retain case and account data while needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and prevent abuse. You may request deletion, but some records may need to be retained where legally or operationally necessary.

7. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect data. No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, email account, and partner API keys.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal information by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
